How old do I need to be to attend an event?

We don't really have an age restriction but our skates that we hire range from kids 8 - adult 12. All our family events also allow you to walk round with your children to assist them. For our over 18 theme nights ID is required.
Can I hire skates / Can I bring my own skates?

You can hire skates at our venues for £1.50. If you would prefer to bring your own that is also fine, we will just need to conduct a quick safety check first.
Do I have to pay entry if I am just spectating / assisting my child?

No, if you are simply spectating you do not have to pay entry. The same rule applies if you are just planning to walk round / assist your child and not skate yourself.
Do your weekly roller discos run over the summer holidays?

No, we break for the summer, our last weekly roller discos (and therefore also our Integrated and VIP parties) are: Fri 14th July (Herts & Essex, Bishop Stortford) Sat 15th July (Roding Valley, Loughton) Sun 16th July (Goffs Academy, Chesthunt) We will return on: Fri 8th Sept (Herts & Essex, Bishop Stortford) Sat 9th Sept (Roding Valley, Loughton) Sun 10th Sept (Goffs Academy, Chesthunt)
Is there free parking?

Yes, all our venues offer free on site parking however at Herts & Essex you must enter your car registration with reception to avoid a fine.
Do you offer refunds?

Whilst we do not offer refunds, we do offer a free date transfer. Simply get in touch via email or eventbrite.
Are the skate lessons mixed ages and abilities?

Yes, our skate lessons are open to all ages and abilities, from absolute beginners to advance skaters that wish to perfect their skills. Our coaches will adapt to the abilities of the class and make sure each individual is learning at an appropriate level and feels comfortable.
How many students are there in each class?

We take a maximum of 15 students per class
Is skate hire included in the cost?

Yes, skate hire is included in the price of our skate academy courses, however, you are also welcome to wear your own if you would prefer, we would just need to carry out a quick safety check first.
Do you offer refunds?

Can I decorate the hall?

For VIP and private parties you are welcome to add some decoration however confetti of any kind is strictly forbidden and you must clear the space before departure.
Do you provide food at your parties?

No, we do not provide food or drinks however for VIP and private parties we can provide a dedicated area with tables and chairs for you to bring your own food and drink. Previous guests have ordered in pizza for example, others have simply brought a birthday cake along. You are also responsible for bringing accessories such as plates, cutlery and napkins and must clear away all rubbish before departing.
Do your VIP & Integrated parties run over the summer holidays?

No, we break for the summer holidays so the last dates you can book a VIP or Integrated party will be: Fri 14th July (Herts & Essex, Bishop Stortford) Sat 15th July (Roding Valley, Loughton) Sun 16th July (Goffs Academy, Chesthunt) They will be back available from: Fri 8th Sept (Herts & Essex, Bishop Stortford) Sat 9th Sept (Roding Valley, Loughton) Sun 10th Sept (Goffs Academy, Chesthunt) We are still available for private parties however.
What is the parking situation?

At Roding Valley, Loughton, there is ample free on-site parking. At Herts & Essex Sports Centre, Bishop Stortford, the parking is free, however you MUST enter your registration at reception to avoid a fine. At Goffs Academy, Cheshunt, there is ample free on-site parking.
